Sotel SIP trunking

Please originate and terminate calls using:

• for IP-authenticated SIP accounts: termination2.sotelips.net (using default port 5060).
• for Login/Password-authenticated SIP Accounts: register2.sotelips.net (using default port 5060).

These DNS names / IP(s) provide both IPv4 anycast and SIP SRV. If your equipment supports it, using SRV is preferred.  IMPORTANT: SoTel Systems LLC does not support modem, ATM nor any credit card transaction traffic over our network.

In case of difficulties

1. Verify that your system's configuration follows our guidelines.
2. Your IP addresses (signaling and media) must be on the Public Internet. If NAT is involved in your configuration and you experience difficulties please contact our Support team.
3. Please ensure that your firewall is configured properly including SIP ALG being DISABLED.
